Fennec helps users capture conversations, review transcripts, generate summaries, and organize outputs for later use.

- You may not use Fennec for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Fennec. You grant Fennec the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.
6. Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described in the refund policy.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Fennec is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fennec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, operational, or security risk.
10. Governing Terms
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Fennec regarding the service.
