1. Subscription Charges
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
2. Standard Refund Rule
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
3. Exceptional Refunds
We may, at our discretion, consider partial or full refunds in cases such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or extended service outages that materially prevented normal use.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless your plan terms say otherwise.
5. Exceptions and special cases
In special promotional offers or limited-time plan changes, separate refund conditions may apply if clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If you believe a refund should be considered, please contact support@fennec-app.com with your account email, purchase details, and a short explanation of the issue.
