Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
2. Standard Refund Rule
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Since the free plan offers unlimited local recording, please try it first to ensure it meets your needs.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Exceptional Refunds
We may consider partial or full refunds in cases of duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or extended service outages.
