Your audio recordings, manually selected segments, and data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them unless you explicitly upload them or send them via our optional transcription service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and billing information when you subscribe to paid plans.
- Selected audio segments and text ONLY when you explicitly trigger the optional transcription service.
- Basic usage data and crash reports to help us maintain and improve the product.
3. Third-Party Providers & Security
If you use the optional transcription features, your audio may be processed by trusted third-party providers. We ensure they do not use your data to train their general models without consent. All data sent to our servers is encrypted in transit.
4. Data Retention & User Rights
Audio processed by our servers is temporarily cached for transcription and immediately discarded. Local data retention is completely controlled by you. You have full rights to access, export, or delete your local data at any time through the application.
